NEW HICKORY BUTCHER

This is a take on an old knife,  the one everyones grandma had.  It is the most versatile knife ever made in my opinion.  Equally suited for the garden, kitchen or butchering game.  These are made of high carbon steel and they will patina with use and rust without care!  These only come with a hardwood handle.
